Ooh, excitement in the household – Louise’s parents, John and Margaret, have confirmed they’ll be out to visit in three weeks or so! Louise is very happy indeed!! I think a days-to-do badge might be in order.

We had done a little investigating for them, but they went with a trip through the travel agents in Torquay. It means they’re flying in and out of Auckland airport, so after a little thought, rather than booking a flight back up to Auckland as they leave, we’ll arrange a coming down 2-3 days to do some sightseeing and do the same on the way back up! It doesn’t look like the job market is going anywhere just yet, so we’ll have plenty of time to show them around a bit.
